In charge of the global Creative Direction, I'm managing a team of 10 talents from various creative areas: Photographer, Art Director, Stylist, Videographer, Graphic designer.

We blend creation and analytics to deliver timeless communication on every channel: Global Branding Campaigns, Paid, Social, Perf marketing & App/Onsite.

Skincare & Makeup.

I’m responsible of all the creative aspects of the brand: Creative Direction, Production & Strategy.

I built the first creative department of Estée Lauder in EMEA ( Europe, Middle East, Africa & India ), hired internal & external capabilities to enhance our local relevancy.

Reporting to the brand VP, in permanent contact with the Global Creative team in NYC, I ensure our Brand DNA is respected on every touchpoint.

We create 360 campaigns ( advertising, social media, paid media & online activation ) with a strong focus to develop the brand in India.

M•A•C COSMETICS

Makeup & Artistry.

I was in charge of the art direction and the creative management of the brand in EMEA, where locally relevant campaigns where strategic for M.A.C.

It was the first creative position opened outside the NYC Global Office with multiple travels to New York, Dubai, Berlin, Mumbai & London to shoot visuals.

I created advertising campaigns & brand content for social media, influencer events, packagings, traditional OOH / DOOH & pure player collaborations.

Jewelry & Watches.

In a context where it was essential to internalize the creation. I started the first Art Director position to create advertising campaigns and content creation.

I was in charge to photoshoot and edit the beauty & product visuals, to design the campaigns for all the OOH, DOOH & Printed advertising of the brand.
